Melbourne Progressive at its best at Prognosis

auunderground News

PrognosisColumn4Loop, down an alley (yes another bloody laneway) in inner city Melbourne is one of the few nightclubs in town to not only regularly play host to a broad array of electronica but ALSO serve decent quality booze, which is impressive given that the two rarely go hand in hand.

Prognosis has been going strong at Loop for more than 3 years on a bi monthly basis and has been a great hub for Melbourne’s dance music fans that have an appetite for progressive laced house and techno. They have had progressive house legends such as Luke Chable and Luke Porter grace their decks as well as past AUU feature artist sKasey Taylor and Funkform as well as boasting unique visuals by one of Melbourne’s busiest VJs, VJ vdmo Kstati.  This weekend AU Underground founder Dylan Griffin headlines alongside Prognosis residents Dave Juric, Simon Murphy and J-Slyde amongst others.

Entry is free (!!) and the event starts at 10pm and you can find all details on the Facebook event page here. And you can read the full length Substance Sounds /Prognosis interview with Dylan Griffin here.
